While Doing Up A Bootlace...

A small scroll of Scribblin' Past has come into my possession. It was found lying in the hallway outside the Room Of No Fixed Address. It contained a list of some of the people who had the same birth date.

One-book-wonders, Bram Stoker [Dracula] and Margaret Mitchell [Gone With The Wind] were born 8th November.

Also born on that day were Minnie Riperton, Bonnie Raitt, Rickie Lee Jones and Bonnie Bramlett. Not exactly one-hit-wonders, but to the best of my knowledge, each have only had one major hit.

Others in the music industry born on the same date,

Roy Buchanan, John Coltrane, Ray Charles and Bruce Springsteen, all born 23rd September

Jazz greats, Ray Brown, Pharoah Sanders and Art Tatum, born 13th October - along with Lacy J Dalton, Chris Farlowe, Sammy Hagar, Marie Osmond and Paul Simon

Keyboard players, Lloyd Glenn [T-Bone Walker, Lowell Fulson, B B King and Big Joe Turner], Charlie Johnson, Lonnie Johnson [War], Eileen Joyce and Dr John, born 21st November - along with actors, Eleanor Powell, Goldie Hawn, Maria Casares, Marlo Thomas and Mariel Hemingway

Jim Morrison, Sammy Davis Jr and Sinead O'Connor, born 8th December - all have been controversial.

And how about this for a cute little Trinity -

Idi Amin, Barry Goldwater and J Edgar Hoover - all born 1st January
On the other side of the coin, also born 1st January - Paul Revere and Betsy Ross

Two more before I go,
Born 8th January - Elvis Presley, David Bowie and Shirley Bassey
Born 8th February - Lana Turner, Jack Lemmon and James Dean

This is just a very small taste of the information which I have gathered. A little something to think about. If your birth date is among those listed above, check out the autobiographies of those born on "your birthday" - you may just be surprised at what you discover.

Slackjack -
Apparently Ed Wood and David Lee Roth were born on the same day...

And speaking of Ed Wood: you posted that Plan 9 OST on the Cheeze Factory as one cut, then you split it up. I was wondering if you would like to perhaps perform this little trick again, this time with all the dialog from the film. I have an MP3 of the entire movie, but would love to break it up so some of the lines/scenes can be used for mixes, etc. If this is something in which you are interested and willing to do, let me know. If not, hey, it never hurts to ask (although my carpal tunnel seems to be acting up from all this typing).

Thanks for all your contributions to the Factory-- you have posted some real gems.

Peace,
Zilla

Aloha, SlackJack!
I am sad to report that ShareOnAll.com has shut down. This upsets me mostly because I've been searching for "Into Outer Space with Lucia Pamela" for several years and only now found your post of it on the Cheeze Factory.
Is there any possibility of it being reposted on a different server, perhaps?
Thanks

Cheeze Factory was removed, in the process of rebuilding. Your authorship was lost.

Please send the Big Cheeze your email address so I can send back the invite.
